Coder - Professional (Denials)

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Preferred candidate should have strong experience in physician denial coding and appeals management across multiple specialties, with a focus on E&M and Surgical services. Must possess in-depth understanding of payer guidelines, denial trends, and revenue cycle processes. Experience in identifying root causes of denials and driving resolution to maximize reimbursement is highly preferred. Cerner EMR/EHR experience will be an added advantage. Certification such as CPC, CCS-P, or equivalent is preferred. Ability to work independently, meet productivity targets, and maintain coding compliance standards is essential.
