Cloud Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in designing and implementing complex, distributed digital platforms. You will play a key role in building high-performance backend and frontend frameworks, driving innovation, and delivering scalable solutions for our clients' digital initiatives. Core Responsibilities Platform Engineering: Design, develop, test, and maintain digital platforms, websites, portals, and business applications. End-to-End Delivery: Own the design and development lifecycle within project timelines while adhering to best coding practices, design principles, and rigorous documentation/testing standards. Prototyping & Agile Delivery: Conceptualize and rapidly develop prototypes, evolving them into robust end-products using agile practices and a product engineering approach. Backend Development: Build scalable application backends using Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies. Frontend Development: Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular.js, Node.js). Cloud Integration: Integrate applications with major cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure optimal scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Code Quality: Write, maintain, and continuously improve clean, maintainable code with a strong sense of ownership. Requirements Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 2 to 5 years of relevant software development and technology experience. Technical Skills Cloud & Architecture: Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices architecture, software design patterns, and system design. Backend: Strong expertise in Core Java and Java Spring Boot. Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js / Angular.js / Node.js). Performance & Quality: Proven ability in web application performance tuning, debugging, code refactoring, and optimization. DevSecOps & Security: Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts/implementations and current industry standards for secure web and mobile design. Soft Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong collaboration capabilities. Customer-focused mindset with the agility to adapt to changes and multitask across multiple products. Self-motivated, objective-driven, and eager to learn new domains and technologies based on strategic organizational goals.
