Key skills / experience

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership. We’re looking for someone who is keen to pick up work, comfortable asking questions when needed, learns quickly, and drives tasks through to completion rather than waiting for direction.

Azure configuration and access management

Strong Entra ID knowledge, including directory administration, Enterprise Applications and application connectors

CI/CD experience, particularly GitHub, Buildkite and Terraform

Experience with Entra SSO certificate renewals and Enterprise Applications

Azure knowledge, including server management and subscriptions

Intune application packaging

Azure / Entra ID clean-up and administration activities

Persona mapping, including spreadsheet analysis, business engagement and requirements analysis

Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day engineering work
