Who we are looking for

Perform KYC periodic reviews and KYC Recon for all client types to support the State Street’s regulatory requirements. Responsible for managing the AML/KYC tasks of State Street Markets across various products supporting all regions in Hyderabad/Mumbai. Research and resolve the queries & BAU requests from stakeholders. Escalating and directing issues for immediate resolution. Executing daily and weekly tasks as per deadlines.

What you will be responsible for

Responsible for ensuring and reviewing all the Periodic Review cases across State Street Markets

Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources to complete the periodic review for State Street clients

Interact with various internal and external stakeholders as required

Answer or review external client queries related to Periodic Review and KYC due diligence requests

Perform 4-eye review the BAU related requests for Periodic Review and KYC Recon

Analyze the problem, obtain and evaluate information to reach to the final conclusion

Work closely with Onboarding teams, Relationship Managers, Trading and Legal teams

Generate new ideas to support various projects and initiatives that will enhance the AML/KYC function

What we value

Comfortable in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

Proactive and able to work independently to meet strict deadlines

Flexibility in prioritizing the assigned tasks

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’ s degree in Finance or other Finance related programs

8+ years of experience in related AML/KYC background

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Certification in ACAMS or any relevant stream is a plus.
