Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Manage multiple CKD implementation activities involving multiple stakeholders in order to ensure smooth execution.Developing SOPs , Process sheets for CKD models required at Overseas Partner end for all the CKD projects.Prepare CKD BOM for all CKD projects.Develop alternatives of Layout.Preparing facility list.Manage multiple CKD implementation activities involving multiple stakeholders in order to ensure smooth execution.Packaging trials , corrections for all Packaging of CKD projects.Prepare cost sheet for arriving at Packaging cost and give inputs to SSU for the same.Prepare different alternatives of Container stuffing.Implementation of Packaging cost reduction proposals
