Job Title: CFO AI Acceleration Squad - Pod Lead – Vice President
Location: Mumbai/ Pune, India
Role Description
•The CFO AI Acceleration Squad is a dedicated transformation team established to accelerate AI adoption across CFO.
•As a Vice President, you will lead one of the squad's delivery pods, working across multiple Finance functions to identify, prioritise and deliver AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
•You will be responsible for managing a small cross-functional team, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving the end-to-end lifecycle of AI adoption—from diagnostics and opportunity identification through to implementation, training and benefit realisation.

Your key responsibilities
•Lead a cross-functional AI Acceleration Squad pod, driving delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Finance.
•Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement high-value AI use cases.
•Drive adoption of AI tools and capabilities through coaching, stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
•Oversee end-to-end delivery of sprint-based engagements, ensuring measurable business outcomes are achieved.
•Translate strategic AI objectives into practical solutions that improve productivity, controls and decision-making.
•Champion the scaling of successful AI solutions and best practices across the CFO organisation.
Your skills and experience
•Experience in Finance, Process Improvement, Change, COO, Data or Transformation-related roles.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with an ability to work in a structured manner.
•Demonstrated interest in AI, emerging technologies and process innovation.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
•Experience using tools such as Copilot, dbLumina, Power Platform, automation or analytics tools is advantageous.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
