Centre Operations and Project Management
Supervise Student Mobilisation and Enrolment
Training Delivery and Quality Assurance
Team Management and Staff Development
MIS, Documentation, and Compliance
Reporting
Infrastructure, Safety, and Centre Administration
Student Welfare, Inclusion, and Grievance Redressal
Placement and Post-Placement Support
Coordinate with HO to resolve operational
issues and ensure smooth operations.
Lead team training, development, and
engagement to reduce attrition.
Requirements

Education Qualification:
Mandatory : Graduation (Any Stream)
Preferred : MSW
Past Experience/Skills Required:
3-5 years of experience, with at least 2
years in managing independent profit center operations.
Experience leading a team of 3-4 members.
Strong written and verbal communication
skills, presentation skills, and team management experience.
Background in the training industry is a must.
Preferable: Experience managing CSR or
Skills projects
