About the Role

What will your day look like?

As a Business Performance, Analytics & Reporting Specialist, you will:

Monitor and analyse business performance and wider metrics across the Business to provide visibility of current state and ensure strategic priorities are being delivered on supporting a focus on good customer outcomes and continuous improvement.

Lead the regular business performance review process for the Business working with key stakeholders across Finance, Product and Frontline teams

Identify and implement changes to streamline team processes and reporting enhancements liaising with appropriate channels and stakeholders

Develop and manage strong internal stakeholder relationships to a Senior Leadership level

Contribute to the development of a strong risk culture and environment of continuous learning and improvement across

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Sound experience in banking or equivalent industry with previous experience in an analytical or performance function preferred

Demonstrated stakeholder management capability to collaborate and influence across business areas and to a senior level

Very strong and proven analytical skills – ability to understand and analyse complex data with a focus on quality, accuracy and details.

Strategic thinker with the ability to partner with the business and develop quality insights and solutions

Deals with complex situations holistically, works with minimal direction on complex
