Delivering annual target fee revenues generated from completed transactions.
Maintaining a healthy, diversified pipeline of active pitches, mandate mandates, and high-probability pitch-to-close conversion rates.
Building and maintaining direct, C-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Private Equity (PE) sponsors, and Board Directors across sector target accounts.
Ensuring repeat advisory business and long-term client engagements across major industry players.
Overseeing the structuring, valuation, negotiation, and closing of complex financial transactions to maintain flawless execution quality.
Oversight of credit risk, valuation assumptions, legal compliance, and operational diligence across sector transactions.
Tr anslating macro-economic and industry trends into actionable deal ideas, strategic repositioning advice, and thematic pitchbooks for clients.
Tracking competitor activities, landmark transactions, and fee pools to capture higher market share within the sector.
MBA from a reputed Institute or CA rank holder or first attempt. Total experience of 15 years plus.
