We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and business growth for Uffizio Commute's technology and smart transportation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong IT/Technology sales background , proven experience in B2B/Enterprise sales , the ability to handle a sales team , and strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing skills .

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Identify and develop opportunities with enterprises, schools, transport operators, system integrators, ERP providers, and technology partners .

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiations.

Build relationships with CXO-level and senior decision-makers.

Manage, guide, and monitor a team of sales/business development executives.

Review team pipelines, performance, follow-ups, and conversion regularly.

Lead pricing and commercial negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships.

Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

Mandatory Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in IT / Technology Sales – Mandatory.

Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales .

Team handling / sales team management experience.

Strong business and commercial negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.

Strong presentation, client management, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to negotiate with CXOs, business heads, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.

Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.

Preferred Background

Candidates from SaaS, Enterprise Software, ERP, Fleet Management, Telematics, Mobility, Transportation Technology, or other IT solution sales backgrounds will be preferred.
