Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator who can bridge clients, product teams, and engineering. This role requires fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) as it involves extensive coordination with Hindi-speaking clients and stakeholders, including government and enterprise customers across North India. You will gather requirements, translate them into clear specifications, and coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordination point between clients, stakeholders, and internal engineering/product teams.

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and field visits; document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

Communicate fluently in Hindi and English with clients, government officials, and field teams; translate requirements and documentation where needed.

Plan, track, and report project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple projects simultaneously.

Coordinate UAT cycles, capture client feedback, manage change requests, and drive sign-offs.

Prepare and maintain project documentation: status reports, minutes of meetings, RAID logs, and delivery trackers.

Support pre-sales activities: proposal inputs, solution walkthroughs, demos, and clarification responses for bids and tenders.

Ensure timely escalation and resolution of delivery blockers, working closely with technical project managers and leads.

Train client teams and end users; create user manuals and training material in Hindi and English.

Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a hybrid delivery-facing role in IT/software projects.

Fluency in Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory; strong English communication is also required.

Proven experience documenting requirements (BRD/FRD/user stories) and coordinating full project lifecycles.

Experience working with government, PSU, or large enterprise clients is highly preferred.

Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar) and documentation tools.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Willingness to travel to client locations, including North India, as required.

Good to Have

Exposure to healthcare, education, or e-governance domain projects.

Certification such as CBAP, PMP, or PRINCE2.
