Responsibilities
A day in the life of an Infoscion
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Technical requirements
Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)/Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) reporting solutions and ETL integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL design, performance tuning, and analytics solution architecture.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end BI/Analytics implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
Experience in effort estimation, solution design, technical reviews, governance, and delivery management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including interaction with senior business and IT leadership.
Experience in leading and mentoring teams, managing client expectations, and driving successful project delivery.
Ability to work effectively in a global delivery model and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
