Tender Sourcing & Tracking: Monitor e-procurement portals (such as GeM, state/national tender sites) daily to identify relevant business opportunities.
Document Analysis: Study tender notices, scopes of work, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), eligibility rules, and contractual terms.
Bid Preparation: Compile technical, financial, compliance, and pre-qualification documents required for submission.
E-Tendering & Portal Management: Upload error-free bids online, manage Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Bank Guarantees (BG), and tender fees.
Post-Submission Follow-Up: Track corrigenda, attend pre-bid meetings, handle client queries, and follow up on tender results, LOIs (Letters of Intent), and Purchase Orders.
Record Keeping: Maintain a structured database of active, submitted, won, and lost tenders.
