Business Title: Senior Analyst – Contract Management

Management Level: Senior Associate Level 2/3

Position: Process Lead

Department: BPM/Real Estate Lease Abstraction

Employment Type: Permanent

Experience: 7 - 9 years

Shift Timings - 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM (Time may Vary with requisition of the HOD / Manager)

The successful candidate will join the Retransform BPM – Lease Abstraction team as a Process Lead and to play a critical role in maintaining high-quality abstracts, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and ensuring consistent adherence to organizational policies and service-level expectations. This role involves managing daily deliverables and coordinating with project manager.

Job Specification

Project Management Support - Assist the project manager in managing the projects and other management activities

Lease Document Review - Analyse commercial and residential lease agreements to identify and extract critical financial, legal, and operational terms.

Database Review and Management – Review the data in the lease management systems or client-specific platforms, ensuring consistency and completeness.

Quality Assurance - Perform self-reviews and participate in peer reviews to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.

Document QC Reporting & Analysis: Review the Document Quality Check reports and analyse the findings based on client feedback.

Client-Specific Customization - Adapt abstraction formats and processes to meet unique client requirements and project specifications.

Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with team members, project leads, and cross-functional departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.

Documentation and Reporting - Maintain proper documentation of reviewed leases and generate reports as required for internal tracking or client delivery.

Compliance and Confidentiality - Ensure all lease data is handled in accordance with confidentiality agreements and regulatory standards.

Continuous Improvement - Contribute to process enhancements, automation initiatives, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy

Data Accuracy: Maintain 100% data accuracy in all assigned tasks by following established standards and performing thorough reviews

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

7 - 9 years of experience in lease abstraction, real estate administration, or legal documentation review.

Ability to train and mentor junior lease analysts and assist in onboarding new team members.

Proven track record of working with commercial and residential lease agreements across diverse geographies and property types.

Experience using lease abstraction platforms, document management systems, or real estate databases (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Lucernex, Visual Lease, CoStar).

Familiarity with BPM (Business Process Management) environments and client-driven service delivery models.

Ability to identify and extract nuanced lease terms with precision and consistency.

Strong ability to interpret complex documents and assess their impact on financial and operational metrics.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and lease abstraction tools; comfortable navigating digital document workflows.

Clear and concise written communication to produce accurate lease summaries and collaborate with internal teams.

Capable of handling multiple leases and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Commitment to maintaining high standards through peer reviews, audits, and continuous improvement.

Ability to create and maintain SOPs, processing documentation, checklists and experience in presentation skills.

Nice to have:

Exposure to global lease portfolios and multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks.

Knowledge of IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting standards.

Experience in process automation or working with AI-assisted abstraction tools
