Associate Principal - Program & Project Management

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager -Scrum Master to lead largescale programs and Agile delivery initiatives

The ideal candidate will be responsible for endtoend project and program execution Agile transformation stakeholder management governance risk mitigation and successful delivery of business outcomes

The candidate should possess strong leadership communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams simultaneously

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders product owners architects development teams QA teams and leadership to ensure timely and quality delivery

Program Project Management

Manage multiple projects and programs from initiation through closure

Define project scope objectives timelines milestones and deliverables

Develop and maintain project plans release plans and program roadmaps

Ensure timely delivery while balancing scope quality budget and schedule

Drive program governance reporting and executive communication

Agile Delivery Scrum Leadership

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Reviews Backlog Refinement and Retrospectives

Coach teams in AgileScrum principles and best practices

Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity burndown charts cycle time and sprint predictability

Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and release planning

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between business and delivery teams

Engage with senior leadership clients vendors and crossfunctional teams

Provide regular program status updates escalations and executive reports

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Risk Issue Management

Identify assess and mitigate project risks

Track issues dependencies assumptions and constraints

Escalate critical risks and blockers proactively

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for delivery challenges

Resource Capacity Management

Plan and manage resource allocation across projects

Perform capacity planning and workload balancing

Coordinate onboarding and rampup activities for new team members

Ensure optimal utilization of project resources

Governance Compliance

Ensure compliance with organizational processes and delivery standards

Track project KPIs and governance metrics

Maintain project documentation action logs RAID logs and decision registers

Support audits reviews and management reporting requirements

Financial Operational Management

Manage project budgets forecasting and cost tracking

Monitor project profitability and resource utilization

Support invoicing contract management change requests and financial reviews

Drive operational excellence and process improvements
