Your work profile

A Project Manager plans, leads, and delivers projects on time and within budget. They guide cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and the company.

Key skills required:

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.

Define project scope, goals, and measurable deliverables.

Build comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and resource plans.

Monitor project budgets and track financial performance.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit daily and weekly milestones.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.

Facilitate team meetings, daily standups, and progress updates.

Maintain clear documentation, reports, and project dashboards.

Communicate project status clearly to clients and company stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement by reviewing completed project outcomes.

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MBA / PGDM (Management / IT / Public Policy or equivalent
