KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end to end consolidation of financials
Establish a detailed close and reporting calendar
Implement standardized reporting templates, definitions and keep the templates up to date with the changes driven by corporate
Consistency in KPIs and Performance measurement across Plants
Prepare and Manage Monthly reports to submit to the Local as well as global Management team.
Closely co-ordinate with Plant/Business Finance, Shared Services
Lead the Day-3 Management reporting Process, ensuring timely consolidation of actual results, forecasts and business explanations
Lead Monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning (Budget, LRP and Forecast) and Acutals performance review process
