Lead and manage a team of 15-20 team members and ensure all processes are conducted according to company policies and client requirements
3 to 10 years of work experience in voice operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding verification inquiries, providing updates and addressing concerns
Ensure appropriate production problem records opened, monitored and closed
Ensure processing deadlines are met
Escalates/ communicates promptly to the supervisors on any system disruption or missed SLS
Competencies Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Proficient in analyzing data and reports to make informed decisions regarding verification processes.
Capability to identify issues within the verification process and implement practical solutions
Ability to manage
Handle daily workflow
Reporting as required
