About the Role
Banking Products, you'll be at the forefront of our Banking Product strategy, driving growth through differentiated product offerings across payments products & value added solutions at PayU Payments. The role will involve working at the intersection of product, technology and operations , collaborating with across – internal teams, group companies and external banking partners to deliver reliable and scalable payment capabilities & custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and execute comprehensive Banking Product strategies
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying need-gap, problem statements, gathering requirements; eventually leading towards implementation and scaling
Define product requirements, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
Translate business and banking requirements into clear product and technical requirements
Support product roadmap planning, prioritisation and execution
Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders
Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships within the banking ecosystem
Develop innovative product solutions across diverse use cases
Monitor key metrics to measure product adoption and efficacy
Analyse product and transaction data to identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities
Drive revenue growth through strategic product initiatives
Own integrations with banks, PSPs, processors and ecosystem partners
Lead integration discovery, requirements gathering, API and data mapping and delivery planning
Coordinate testing, UAT, certification, launch readiness, go-live and post-launch stabilization
Coordinate incident resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and partner service reviews
Build reusable integration standards, documentation, checklists and launch processes
Stay updated on developments in the Indian payments and fintech ecosystem
Strengthen PayU's relationships and preferential positioning with banking partners
