Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading the delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding engineering teams through architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams, while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making across multiple initiatives.

Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, and development methodologies.

Provide technical guidance on complex design, scalability, performance, and security challenges.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and maintainability standards.

Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.

Engineering & Delivery

Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.

Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.

Develop responsive frontend applications and robust backend services.

Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions.

Design database schemas and drive performance optimization initiatives.

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Drive CI/CD adoption and deployment automation practices.

Support production readiness, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational excellence.

Champion observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization initiatives.

Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and secure software development practices.
