Job Description: HR Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute HR shared services operations.
Handle HR processes and operations efficiently.
Utilize Workday HR for various HR functions.
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with policies.
Ensure Data Audit and compliance related governance.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate/Post-Graduate degree.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR shared services role.
Proven experience and knowledge of HR processes and operations.
Hands-on experience with Workday HR.
