We want someone who can own problems, build fast and iterate even faster.

Build AI-first products

Design and implement agentic workflows

Develop and optimize RAG pipelines

Rapid prototyping → testing → improving → scaling

Work across the stack (APIs, backend systems, integrations, deployment)

Take ideas from 0 → 1 → production

1–5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering / AI / ML

Strong coding skills (Python preferred)

Experience working with:

LLM APIs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)

Frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen (or similar)

Building real world applications (not just notebooks)

Ability to move fast, experiment, and learn quickly

Comfort working in a high-ownership, fast-changing environment
