About Position:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with a strong background in Java and mobile development to design, architect, and deliver next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Android, iOS, mobile architecture patterns, cloud-native architectures, and modern Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and hands-on development capabilities to drive AI transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do:

Lead Java and Mobile application development using Java Spring Boot, Android, and iOS.

Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Design microservices-based, cloud-native architectures following best engineering practices.

Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, data scientists, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and AI governance frameworks.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for enterprise adoption.

Review system designs, conduct technical assessments, and mentor development teams.

Define observability, security, scalability, and performance strategies for AI applications.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Proficient in Java and Spring Boot 2.

Strong experience in mobile development for Android OS and iOS OS.

Expertise in Micro Services architecture and Cloud Native Reference Architecture solutions.

Hands-on experience with Responsible Generative AI technologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with Identity and Access Governance frameworks.

Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools.

Knowledge of security best practices in application development.

Experience in Developing Others.

Extensive experience in software architecture and development, particularly in Java and mobile technologies.

Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving innovation in AI applications.

Strong technical leadership and solution architecture capabilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Experience establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Strong understanding of scalable, resilient, and cloud-native application architectures.

Ability to mentor development teams and conduct technical assessments.

Passion for AI transformation, enterprise architecture, and innovation-driven solution development.
