Acquire new Government Relationship Accounts from Government Departments, PSUs, Municipal Corporations, Educational Institutions, and other Government-linked organizations.
Source salary accounts and liability business from government employees.
Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and portfolio growth.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government organizations.
Liaise with Department Heads, Administrative Officers, DDOs (Drawing & Disbursing Officers), and other decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer meetings to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
0-1 year of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Customer Acquisition.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Willingness to travel for business development activities.
