Walk In Interview Dates: 23 October (Friday) and 24 October (Saturday)
Walk In Interview Timings: 8.30 am to 5.15 pm

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and monitor curriculum delivery, lesson plans and assessments.
Mentor teachers through classroom observation, feedback and coaching.
Design teacher induction, training and continuous professional development.
Maintain academic calendars, student progress systems and quality standards.
Support faculty recruitment, onboarding and performance development.
Promote experiential learning, inclusive practices and appropriate educational technology.
Support parent-teacher communication and resolve academic concerns.
Partner with leadership to create academic SOPs and enrichment programmes.

Candidate Profile

5–9 years of school teaching, academic coordination or education leadership experience.
Strong CBSE curriculum and assessment knowledge.
B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred; postgraduate study advantageous.
Proven teacher mentoring, academic planning and communication skills.

Compensation & Application

Best-in-industry fixed salary based on experience. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
