The hands-on program that teaches you to run real procurement work through Claude Code: spend analysis, sourcing, RFx, supplier risk.
Self-paced curriculum plus multiple live workshops every week. Fresh graduates build a career skill. Enterprise teams cut 8 to 12 hours of manual work per analyst per week.
A hands-on program that transforms procurement professionals and fresh graduates into AI-enabled operators who ship real deliverables.
The curriculum is self-paced, with multiple live workshops running every week where you work alongside practitioners. Every lesson runs inside Claude Code on real procurement files: spend exports, supplier quotes, contracts, and RFx packages. No coding background required.
Designed by practitioners with 25 years of source-to-pay and supply chain implementation experience across manufacturing, pharma, semiconductor, and retail.
Section 5
Master AI-powered procurement workflows designed for real-world impact, whether you're leading enterprise teams or launching your career.
Your analysts lose most of their week to file wrangling: normalizing quotes, rebuilding the monthly spend report, chasing supplier documents. This program trains your team to push that work into Claude Code as repeatable, auditable workflows that run on exports from whatever you use today.
You are entering a procurement job market that now expects AI fluency on day one. This program assumes zero procurement background and zero Claude Code background. By the final course you will have a portfolio of working deliverables.
Built around real procurement work, not theoretical concepts
Real procurement work: spend, sourcing, RFx, risk and compliance
Works on full files, not chat snippets: complete exports and folders
Workflows saved as reusable systems: build once, run every month
Works with any ERP, P2P suite, or even plain spreadsheets
Designed by practitioners: every exercise from real engagements
Section 6
Hands-on tools and systems you build from scratch — then use forever. Each one solves a real problem you face as a procurement professional.
A ready-to-use command library for daily procurement tasks: supplier analysis, spend reporting, sourcing support. Students use it to learn. Teams standardize on it.
An orchestration system with a built-in guardian layer that coordinates multi-step workflows and enforces compliance checks automatically before anything ships.
Category rollups and savings tracking built straight from raw spend exports. Leadership sees exactly where the money goes without waiting on a BI ticket.
Market intelligence pulls, structured sourcing sprints, and negotiation prep that models leverage points and concession ladders before you walk into the room.
Supplier risk scoring, ESG scorecards, and audit-ready documentation, prepared before anyone asks for it.
The answer is the entire premise of this program. Here's exactly how they differ.
Best Use
Quick questions, drafting emails, brainstorming. Genuinely useful for small tasks.
Best Use
The heavy, recurring, multi-file work that actually consumes your week.
Chat assistants answer questions. Claude Code completes work.
For professionals, that is 8 to 12 hours a week back. For graduates, that is the difference between knowing about AI and being the person on the team who runs it.
Worried about runaway AI costs? Properly designed workflows are token-efficient by default: scoped prompts, reusable commands, right-sized context. We teach cost-aware workflow design from Course 1, so your monthly Claude spend stays predictable and small next to the analyst hours it replaces. Most learners run the entire curriculum on a standard individual Claude subscription.

Answers to what most people ask before enrolling.
Chat assistants answer questions. Claude Code completes work. The hours procurement teams lose are not lost to questions that need answers. They are lost to work that needs doing: full spend files, multi-document quote comparisons, formatted deliverables. The comparison table above is the full answer, and the entire premise of this program.
No. You direct everything in plain English. If you can write an email describing what you want, you can run every workflow in this program. Fresh graduates with no technical background complete the curriculum without writing a line of code.
Yes, with all of them, because it does not depend on any of them. The program works on exported files: spend data, supplier lists, quotes, contracts. It does not matter whether those files come from an ERP, a P2P suite, a homegrown tool, or a folder of spreadsheets. Nothing installs into your systems. Your data never leaves files you control. Enterprise cohorts build their first workflows on your own anonymized exports.
The curriculum is self-paced: 21 courses, most learners finish in 6 to 10 weeks at a few hours per week. On top of that, multiple live workshops run every week, so you can always find a session that fits your schedule and your current course. Individual plans start at $25 per month with live workshop access included. Enterprise team cohorts are scoped per engagement.
Nothing installs into your systems and no platform sits between you and your files. Claude Code works locally on exports you choose to share with it, under your existing Claude data policies. You decide what it sees, and every workflow's inputs and outputs are visible and auditable.
Students finish with a portfolio of real deliverables: a spend cube, supplier scorecards, an RFx package, an award memo, plus a certificate of completion. Teams finish with a library of repeatable workflows running on their own data and the internal capability to build more.

The question is not whether your function adopts this. It is whether you are the one who brings it in.
Be first to know when enrollment opens and lock in founding pricing — the lowest this program will ever be offered. Students get founding rates for the life of their subscription. Enterprise teams get a complimentary pilot planning workshop.
